Parking Maintenance Worker

The City of Coralville is looking for a Parking Maintenance Worker 

Under general direction of the Parking Maintenance Supervisor duties include:

• Performs repair, upkeep, janitorial, and maintenance of parking facilities and related equipment.
• Enforces City parking regulations and takes proper action when vehicles are in violation.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Two years of increasing responsible experience in maintenance and repair of parking facilities and related equipment or comparable facilities and equipment, to demonstrate possession of the knowledge and abiliites above.

Special Requirements: 

• Valid State of Iowa drivers license
• Ability to work some evenings and weekends

Salary is $51,625 + benefits including family health insurance for just $35/month

40 hours per week varied to meet Xtream Arena/GreenState Family Fieldhouse and IRL events which are typically scheduled evenings and weekends.

Must pass a pre-employment physical and drug screen and live within 23 miles of the Coralville city limits after hire.
