The Account Manager role requires a highly personable, intelligent individual who will serve as primary campaign execution lead for clients. The incumbent will collaborate with teams across the region and advise our existing clients on how best to leverage current and emerging marketing solutions to meet their business objectives. This role must have strong proficiency in communicating and presenting ideas to clients while leveraging the full portfolio of LOCALiQ, the leading digital marketing company in the country: SEO, SEM, Social, Display, Reputation, Website, Print and more. As an Account Manager, you will:
- Be equipped with the region’s best marketing services and solutions, empowering you to deliver unparalleled results to your customers
- Identify customer needs to develop and execute account plans and custom client solutions that differentiate LOCALiQ from competitors
- Help businesses maximize their online presence with a custom approach to digital marketing
- Leverage multiple LOCALiQ resources and partners to develop optimal client solutions across our suite of products, with an emphasis on digital
What you need to do to be successful in this role:
- Retain, manage, and grow clients to build account revenue
- Communicate with customers proactively via phone and email
- Build presentations and proposals that tell the right story
- Conduct client check-ins, upsell/cross-sell accounts, and address client market share concerns
- Utilize CRM (Salesforce) effectively and efficiently recording sales activity
What you bring to the table:
- Aptitude or acumen for Digital Marketing
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent practical experience
- Competitive nature and a winning team spirit
- Problem solver who thrives on challenges and can simplify the complex
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Willingness to continuously learn, try new things and adapt to change
- Proficient in MS Office Suite including Excel, Word, Power Point and Outlook
