Jr. Sales Representative - EnMotive
EnMotive, a Gannett Company, is a full-service event technology and services company offering registration, timing, scoring and a wide range of other endurance event solutions. We work with over 1,000 events per year, using a combination of in-house registration, fundraising and volunteer software as well as industry leading external race timing software. We are all about providing the best possible products and services for achieving better events and happier and more satisfied participants. We work with our partner events to attract more participants, make their lives easier, save them money and provide the best experiences. We are looking for a Jr. Sales Representative to determine prospective clients and expand sales.
At EnMotive, The Jr. Sales Representative will work diligently to identify leads, educate prospects on products and services through calls, training and presentations and providing existing customers with exceptional support.
Primary job responsibilities include:
- Prospect and qualify new sales leads
- Schedule meetings and presentations with prospects
- Create, plan, and deliver presentations on company services and products
- Track all sales activities in company CRM system and keep current by updating account information regularly
- Maintain a well-developed pipeline of prospects
- Develop strong, ongoing relationships with prospects and customers
- Coordinate with other team members and departments to optimize the sales effort
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's or associates degree preferred
- Prior Sales Experience preferred
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Highly self-motivated
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals
- Proven track record of successfully managing customer relationships
- Previous experience in selling or managing client relationships
- Familiarity with tracking client lifecycle in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Salesforce
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite, including frequent use of PowerPoint and Excel
- Ability to organize and prioritize client visits, along with excellent follow-up and follow-through skills in a fast-paced environment

The annualized base salary for this role will range between $34,200 and $80,500. Variable compensation is not reflected in these figures and based on the role, may be applicable. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, location, and union representation, if applicable.
