Administrator/Licensed Assisted Living Director

The Nursing Home Administrator assumes full-time administrative authority & is responsible for the operations & financial viability of the non-profit organization. Manages up to 80 employees in the provision of care & services rendered in accord with professional standards, in compliance with state & federal laws & regulations. Collaborates with consultants, contractors, referring physicians, community resources, government agencies & advocacy groups.
Qualifications: MN Licensure as a Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA), Health Services Executive (HSE), & Licensed Assisted Living Director (LALD)
Experience: Three years' prior experience preferred in long-term care & assisted living.
