Anesthesiologist

We are seeking well-qualified anesthesiologists to join our diverse and inclusive private group, established over thirty years ago. We offer a challenging and rewarding partnership-track clinical career balanced by an ideal work location that embraces outdoor coastal living. A 1099 position is initially offered (malpractice coverage included) but leads to a partnership with benefits for the ideal candidate after two years of full-time work. Initial annual compensation will be $575-600k with six weeks of vacation; relocation bonus may be negotiable.

We provide anesthesia care at a 200-bed community hospital and nearby surgery centers. Typical hospital cases are orthopedic, general surgery, urology, Ob-Gyn, GI, cataract, and limited vascular, ENT, and plastic procedures. We do not cover open heart, neuro, or high acuity trauma. ASC cases are typified by ortho, general surgery, gyn, urology, GI, cataract, and plastics. Most cases will be medically directed. Proficiency with regional blocks is beneficial. Call is rotated with other providers and is taken from home.
