The Account Manager will be the key point of contact for our clients, managing day-to-day operations and ensuring the seamless delivery of projects. This role requires a dynamic individual with 3-5 years of experience in an agency setting or brand manager role who can handle multiple projects simultaneously, keep details in check, and adapt to evolving client needs.

Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project objectives, deliverables, and timelines.
- Manage multiple accounts and projects, overseeing the execution of campaigns from concept to completion.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their business needs and providing strategic recommendations.
- Collaborate with creative, media, and digital teams to ensure that client deliverables are on brand, on budget, and on time.
- Monitor project progress, track KPIs, and prepare regular reports for clients to demonstrate the effectiveness of campaigns.
- Assist in the development of client briefs, proposals, and presentations to support business growth.
- Identify opportunities to upsell additional services to clients and contribute to account growth.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any client concerns, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices to provide informed insights to clients and the agency team.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment with flexibility and autonomy.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in an agency setting or as a brand manager.
- Exceptional organizational skills with a strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships.
- A proactive problem solver with a positive, can-do attitude.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven recommendations.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., Trello, Asana, Microsoft Office Suite).
