The Waco Tribune-Herald, a Lee Enterprises company, is hiring for a fulltime sportswriter position. The successful candidate will have a minimum 2 years of experience at a daily newspaper and a bachelor's degree in journalism or related field. Strong photo and video skills are required.
Our sports teams covers Baylor University sports, as well as McLennan Community College and a large contingent of high schools in Central Texas. We publish our content to our web site as soon as its ready. Our sports writers work both in the newsroom and remotely.
