High End Retail sales Associate

Retail experience is a must. We are looking for an experienced retail salesperson to join our team at the high-end specialty store in Yountville. This is a part time position with flexible hours. Previous retail experience is necessary. Reference is preferred.

Must work weekends, and some weekdays. 

 Afternoons and closing shifts with possibility to work more hours if need it.   

A sales associate works closely with customers to determine their needs, answer their questions about your products and recommend the right solutions. A great sales associate can make a difference in your business’ bottom line, so it’s crucial to have a clear, well-written job description to attract the best candidates to the role.

Usual day-to-day duties include engaging customers, recommending appropriate purchases, handling complaints, operating cash registers and managing inventory. 

Store Hours of operations are 7 days a week 10 am-6:00pm

This is a part-time role for a High-End store Hat Sales Associate. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting customers in finding the perfect item, and generating sales. You will also be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the store, restocking merchandise, and conducting inventory checks.
