Position Summary:
The Student Success Coach (one of two) will work directly with incoming first-year and transfer students to assist them in resolving academic and personal challenges that may present barriers to their success at the University of Puget Sound. The Student Success Coach will work collaboratively with colleagues across departments to provide appropriate resources and ongoing support to students and will track their progress toward established goals. The Student Success Coach will participate in ongoing case management for students of concern using the Maxient platform. The Student Success Coach will create and implement workshops and programming focused on increasing student persistence toward graduation.
Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
The anticipated range for this position is $23.25 - $24.04 hourly. Decisions about starting salaries are made based on the extent and relatedness of the candidate's education and experience and on internal equity and market considerations.

This position is non-exempt from the provisions of the Fair Labor Standards Act.
